About The Owners

Michelle Thomas

I have worked in the Early Childhood Education field for over thirty years. During that time I have worked with all ages of children and after many years of being a room leader and educator I went on to be a director of several Early Learning Centres. It was during that time when I co-owned my first centre that I decided to go back to further my education and study to be an Early Childhood Teacher, which I completed in 2011. I have now added Early Childhood Teacher to my resume and was lucky enough to teach in my own service as a Kindergarten Teacher and also get the extra experience as a Kindergarten Teacher in a stand alone kinder. I have also had several years experience working for the NCAC (National Childcare Accreditation Council) working as a validator and assessor of Early Learning Services.

As well as being a dedicated and passionate eductor I am also a wife, mother and grandmother.

I have three grown children whom are all forging their own careers in different sectors. I am also a very devoted grandmother to my beautiful grandchild.

Along with the challenges and immense joy I get from running a busy business I also enjoy keeping fit, traveling and going on drives with my family.

Simone Gee

I have also been in the Education field for over a period of twenty years. I first started out as a Primary School Teacher in Western Australia and then when I moved with my family to Victoria I went back to study my Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood studies. I have been a kindergarten teacher for over 15 years and have been a business partner with Michelle for over 15 years. Along with running our Early Learning Centres I have also been a director and kindergarten teacher for 3 and 4 year children at a stand alone kinder for three years before coming over to support Michelle in the running of our service..
I am also a wife and mother to two beautiful adult sons.
Like Michelle, I also enjoy the challenge of running a busy business and when I’m not at work I enjoy keeping fit, traveling and spending time with family.
